You've been managing it yourself for a while now

Most people who walk in have already had a go at fixing it. That's normal, and it isn't wasted effort. It usually just means the plan needs to be built around what's actually happening in your body.

It settles with rest, then flares the moment you get back into it.
You were told to stop your sport, but nobody said what to do instead.
You've got a folder of exercises and no idea which ones still matter.
It's been "a few weeks" for a few months now.
Scans came back fine, so the pain feels unexplained.
You've got a season, a race or a comeback date in mind.

Our starting position: movement, not rest. Very few injuries need you to stop completely. In almost every case there's a version of your training that keeps you fit and loading the right tissues while things settle. Our job is to find that version, then progress you out of it.

What we treat

Sporting injuries are the core of what we do

Weekend players through to elite athletes, and the everyday niggles that stop you training.

Knee and ACL

Runner's knee, patellar tendon pain, cartilage and ligament injuries, and full post-surgical ACL rehab through to return to sport.

Shoulder

Rotator cuff, instability, throwing and overhead sport shoulders, and rehab after shoulder surgery.

Ankle and foot

Ankle sprains that keep recurring, achilles tendon pain, plantar fascia and heel pain, and calf injuries.

Low back and hip

Back pain that limits lifting or running, groin and hip pain, and the stiffness that comes back every season.

Running injuries

Shin splints, stress-related bone pain and load errors. We look at your training history as closely as your legs.

Surgical rehab

Structured post-operative programs that follow your surgeon's plan and get you back to loading properly.

We measure it, we don't just guess. Alongside a proper hands-on assessment, we use AxIT strength and power tools, including force plates for jump and hop testing, to put real numbers on how your body's working. It means we can show you where the deficit is, and prove it's gone before you go back to your sport.

Straight answers

What it costs and how to get in

$129Initial assessment and treatment
  • Private health fund? Claim on the spot at reception
  • You don't need a GP referral to book
  • AxIT strength and force plate testing where it's useful
  • Treatment starts in your first appointment
How soon can I be seen?

We finish late, so there's usually something that fits around work or training. Book online to see live availability, or give us a call on 02 9548 3372 and we'll find you a time.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book straight in and claim through your private health fund on the spot. Referrals are only needed for things like workers compensation claims.

Will you just tell me to rest?

Almost never. Complete rest tends to leave you deconditioned and no less sore. We'll look for the version of training you can keep doing safely while the injured tissue settles, then build you back up from there.

What should I bring or wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, and shorts if the problem's in your knee, hip or ankle. Bring any scans or your surgeon's protocol if you've got them, plus your private health card.

Where are you and is there parking?

Shop 1 and 2, 39–41 Railway Parade, Engadine, which is the Princes Highway. There's 1 and 2 hour parking directly out the front.
